RefTrack Online gives you full control on the setup of the application. You can create multiple user groups. All user groups are either employee groups (users that will be assigned to work a game), evaluators (they will be assigned a game to evaluate) or non-employee (coaches, captains, athletic directors). For each game in the system, you can create reports that either of the user groups above can submit.

Employees can be part of more than one user group, allowing you to group your employees based on experience level. For each sport, you can create different "leagues" and then specify how many employees you want working in each game and what group to choose each employee from.

You can send out memos to all groups or specific groups. Our memo system will allow you to upload any type of file which can be downloaded by your users. You can also send emails to a group of users or select specific users to email.
