Employee Profiling

RefTrack allows you to customize a profile for each employee in your system. Specify which sports the employee can work. Specify which position in each sport the official is eligible to be scheduled. For example, your "All American" flag football referee may not be qualified to calls balls and strikes in your softball games, so he would be eligible to be a "Referee" in Flag Football but not so for the "Home Plate" assignment in softball.

Future improvements will allow you to specify availability for each employee and team affiliations if any. RefTrack will also be integrated to RSManager to allow you to email your officials with one click!
